The Tower of London

From 2013 to 2019 I was Strategic Projects Director for the Tower of London. The Tower was designed to be an impregnable fortress and prison to both defend London and control the population. It was designed to be hard to get into.... and even harder to get out of!

I worked on making it easier to access the Tower within a dense urban setting, as well as creating a better connection to the Thames. I wrote a long term Future Plan which provided a roadmap for future conservation work, a better visitor experience and large scale cultural events including the 2014 Poppies installation.
